Northeast Kingdom Property Management, LLC. is a new company that is taking traditional property management to the next level.  Although we are a new company, we have been landlords with experience in New Hampshire and Vermont for sixteen years.  We currently own many properties in the NEK so this is what we do.  We are not realtors or property maintenance people who also do property management.  We are landlords who know how to best maximize your profits and minimize expenses and risk.

We are Aine Baker and Sandy Butkovich.

Aine Baker has lived in the NEK for six years after moving from the seacoast of N.H.  He purchased his first rental property at the age of twenty and was hooked.  He became a Realtor by the age of twenty two and purchased more property after that.  After selling everything to move to the NEK in 2005 he began acquiring rental properties in St. Johnsbury, Lyndonville and Concord. He has been active in local landlord groups. He has received his EPA certified renovator licence and has his EMP certificate for Vermont.

Sandy Butkovich lives in Lyndonville and has over twenty years experience in working with the public.    In addition to her head for business, she also brings exceptional communication and customer services skills with her.  She is a problem solver and has great organizational skills.  Her positive energy make her the perfect compliment to the team.  Sandy also has her EMP certificate for Vermont
